| Travelling From North of the Lakes (Scotland, etc.) |
| Leave M6 at Junction 40. Follow signs for Keswick,
the B5322 (St Johns in the Vale) to Thirlmere and Grasmere and
then Ambleside. Carry on through the village (one way). At the
end of the shops (just after The lakes Road Bar) vere off to the
left (Old Lake Road). Carry on to end of road. Glenside is last
house on the left. Parking space for three cars by side of house. |

| Travelling From South of the Lakes (Manchester, etc.) |
| Leave M6 at Junction 36. Left onto A 590/591.
Follow road aprox 18 miles until you reach traffic lights on outskirts
of Ambleside (By the Lake) At lights stay on main road (do not
vere to the left). On the left you will see two signs for 'Hayes
Garden World' at second sign take the road on the right (Old Lake
Road - the first road on the right after the lights). Gledside
is the first house on your right. Parking space for three cars
by the side of the house. |

| By Public Transport |
| Windermere is the closest rail station (c 5 miles
from Ambleside). Catch the 555 bus outside the station and ask
to be dropped at the stop near Hayes Garden World. Glenside is
less than 100m from the bus stop. Alternatively take a taxa from
the rail station. |
